5th Non-Violence day and Mahatma Gandhiji Birthday celebration 2014

United nation has declared 2nd October as non-violence day across the world in commemoration of Mahatma Gandhi. People across the world celebrate this day to show their gratitude and respect to Mahatma Gandhi, who dedicated his life for truth and non-violence.

Nataraj youth culture organization and Chinmaya Mission is organizing an Art exhibit, in the greater Toronto area on Oct 5th, 2014. Canadians from all diverse, ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds and age groups will be attending, Learning and celebrating the living and guiding principles of Mahatma Gandhi. In light of today’s complex problems humanity faces, there are simple solution as indicated by Mahatma Gandhi; and we strive to re-emphasis that through this humble afford.

It is my great Pleasure to invite you to the inauguration ceremony, and possibly take the opportunity, along with our other esteemed guests to take a few minutes of your time to address your constituents and the public at large. It was then followed by a speech by Respected Swaminiji Shivapriyananda (Chinmaya Mission), Dr. Kaushik Azad, Writer Subhash Gandhi, Mr. Naval Bajaj, Radio Muskan, Mrs. Neelam Pandit Putra, Gokul Khatri (Sanatan Mandir), Mr. Lalit Soni (Gujarat Newsline) and other Dignitaries.

Subhash Gandhi and Viralbhai gave us beautiful voice to sung Bhajan. We did peace walk with more than 200 people. Rogers TV and ATN TV Covered this event. Non Violence and Peace Art competition and we did with kids, youth and adults. It was amazing painting and every one make painting with their own thoughts, ideas, different art style which one here we display.
